Long Island Stream Paludarium Workshop
Build a panoramic stream paludarium where flowing water becomes the centrepiece of the landscape. The Long Island Stream system combines an extended watercourse with layered rock formations, tropical planting and natural hardscape to create a living ecosystem with exceptional visual depth.
Throughout the workshop, you'll learn how to construct a realistic stream using natural contours, carefully positioned rocks and driftwood, integrated water circulation, and strategic planting techniques. The elongated layout allows for larger planting zones, more natural water movement and a stronger sense of scale than conventional desktop paludariums.
Designed for hobbyists who appreciate expansive landscapes, the Long Island Stream offers an ideal balance between aquascaping and terrarium building. Every workshop is conducted step by step, guiding participants from the initial landscape foundation through to the completed flowing ecosystem.
Suitable for beginners with patience, as well as hobbyists looking to build a larger showcase paludarium.
