A functional isopod hide that combines shelter with supplementary calcium, vitamins and minerals in one compact piece.
Unlike general calcium blocks made primarily for reptiles or turtles, the ISOPOD LAB Calcium Hideout is formulated specifically with isopod keeping in mind. In addition to calcium, its formulation contains ingredients intended to provide additional minerals and vitamins and to support natural coloration.
The igloo design creates a dark, enclosed retreat where isopods can gather and hide, while the calcium-based material itself can be gradually grazed on as part of their normal feeding behaviour.
It is also formulated for better stability under the consistently humid conditions found inside isopod enclosures.

Use
Place directly on the substrate, preferably beneath or beside leaf litter, moss or cork bark. Isopods can use the structure as a hide while gradually grazing its surface.
Use as a supplementary mineral and calcium source alongside a varied isopod diet and proper habitat management.
