8.5 SALT is a blend of minerals and trace elements designed to safely raise Total hardness vs Carbonate hardness at a ratio of 1.0/0.78 (dH/KH), buffering pH at around 8.5.
Add 3g / 20L to raise GH to 7dGH (270+/-40uS) in RO water or desalinated water, before adding or using in Aquarium. 1 level spoon (provided) contains ~2g. Aquarium use only. Always keep dry, close lid after use.
